After years of self-questioning, I have completed the 80,000-word document titled ‘A Singaporean Art? Performance and Installation Art, 1985-2024‘. It is still under embargo as I attempt to further refine it into a book. Nonetheless, good enough to get me the title.
UniMelb gave me the boot (and degree) on 4 December 2024. No more student discounts for me, I guess.
