I was present at, and wrote some thoughts about, Ho Rui An’s Conspiracy of Files, a lecture-performance delivered at the symposium Pathways of Performativity in Contemporary Southeast Asian Art (Haus der Kunst, Munich, 27–28 June 2019). These thoughts were published in a special issue of Southeast of Now: Contemporary and Modern Art in Asia guest edited by Dr. Fiona Allen, Annie Jael Kwan, and Dr. Joanna Wolfarth.
